We want you to love every piece you bring into your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to certain furniture items and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; for small parcel items, print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For larger furniture items delivered via White Glove or Threshold service, our specialist team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
